These figures are drawn from a substantial 428 customer observations, with negative experiences outnumbering positive ones by more than double, at 279 versus 122. Looking closer, Food (4) is rated as average, despite being the most discussed aspect. Ambience (4.3) also falls into the average range, though it’s less frequently mentioned.

However, both Value (3.8) and Service (3.6) are rated poorly, with service being a particularly frequent point of contention among customers. This suggests that while the food itself might be acceptable, the overall dining experience often falls short.

What people like
  • Fresh, healthy food
  • Generous portions
  • Friendly, fast service
What people don't like
  • Slow, rude service
  • Inconsistent food quality
  • Unexpected charges
  • Unwelcoming atmosphere

With a Recommendation Score of 3.9, QDOBA appears to be a place where expectations should be tempered. If you prioritize fresh ingredients and substantial portions, and are prepared for potential inconsistencies in service or pricing, it might be an acceptable option for a quick meal.

However, if consistent service, clear pricing, and a reliably pleasant atmosphere are high on your list, you might find the experience disappointing. It’s a spot that could work in a pinch, but it’s not likely to become a regular favorite for those seeking a consistently positive dining experience.

Good Food, Poor Burrito Roll
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the food was good, the meat portions were skimpy. The most disappointing aspect was the burrito roll, which was the worst I've ever seen and fell apart immediately upon opening. Despite the food quality, the poor execution of the burrito roll was a significant letdown.

Hair in burrito, rude staff!
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I found hair in my burrito, which immediately made me lose my appetite. While I don't typically expect much from airport food, this meal was also not good. I continued eating because I hadn't had breakfast, but discovering hair in my burrito meant it had to be thrown away. To make matters worse, I couldn't get a refund as I had already boarded my plane. The staff were also rude, engaging in playful, handsy behavior with each other while I waited to pay. I just wanted to pay for my food and leave. If negative stars were an option, I would have given them. Finding hair in a burrito, with all the ingredients mixed in, seems like a significant oversight. I am so grossed out and hope I didn't ingest anyone's hair.

Fresh Airport Eats with a Salty Brisket
My experience at this restaurant, located at the Terminal B MCO, was generally positive. For $15, I received a bowl around 11: 30 AM on 11/24/25. The food was fresh, and the flavors were on point. While the brisket was a bit too salty, it was still flavorful overall. The rice, beans, fajitas, and other toppings were exceptionally fresh and cooked thoroughly. I particularly enjoyed the crunchy fresh lettuce, pico de gallo, and guacamole. This was my third visit to this location, and thankfully, I haven't encountered the issues mentioned in other reviews. Today, they were out of chicken 🙄, which was a minor inconvenience as I try to avoid red meat. I wish there had been a sign or prior notification before my bowl was being prepared. Despite this, it was a good experience with a hot and fresh meal, and the prices are expected for airport convenience.
