How are the prices at Pigzza?

You’re looking at roughly 33 per person – reported by 112 diners. That puts it in the $31–$40 category. For an Italian Restaurant, it’s comfortably mid-range: not a steal, but not bank-breaking either.

Looking at what people actually spend, we see a good mix. While the average is 33, a lot of diners actually spend in the $21–$30 range, and even some in the $11–$20 bracket. But don’t worry, there are also folks who splurge a bit more, with some spending over $40.

Overall, we think the pricing feels pretty fair for an Italian spot in Orlando. It offers a good balance, catering to both those looking for a more budget-friendly meal and those ready to spend a little extra.

Awful Food and Service
This was a very cute little restaurant in a prime location. The restaurant was very clean and the theming was adorable. That is all I can say good. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. We were sat for a good 15 minutes and nobody had even come to our table to greet us. We had to look around and ask somebody to help us. The food did not take long to come out, but it was awful. I ordered the half Caesar salad and took two bites and gave it to my husband who also took two bites and said it was disgusting. It was lettuce and a couple croutons with some salt and pepper on it. It was foul! I also ordered buttered noodles from the kids menu. The butter tasted cheap and greasy. Another child in our party ordered the same noodles and absolutely refused to touch them. My son got burnt brown chicken fingers and fries. My husband got pesto wings. Those were so bad. The flavor was awful. We took them home and tried to give them to our dogs, and her dogs refused to eat them. Our server brought us the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and a small dish for the whole table to share, and there were five of us. She never refilled our drinks, and when she would drop stuff off, it would be a half hour before we would see her again, and we had to hunt her down for that. The restaurant was not busy at all, so we didn’t see any reason for this. We asked at the beginning of our order to be on separate checks, and the waitress brought one check, set it down, and walked away. We had to hunt her down again because she was hanging out with people out on the patio to tell her that we were on separate checks. She brought back separate checks, walked away, and we had to hunt her down again to tell her she put the wrong food on each check. The whole experience was absolutely awful. We told the waitress many times that our food was not good, and she did nothing. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money and skip going to this place.

Horrible Service, Unacceptable Wait
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. I arrived at the exact time my order was ready, but I ended up waiting an hour for the food. This was despite being told the wait was only 5-6 minutes. To make matters worse, families who walked in to sit and eat were served meals and left before they even attempted to make my order. The worker’s communication was horrid; they repeatedly asked what order I was waiting on, even after being told multiple times. They would go to “check” and come back to ask the same thing, acting confused and checking things, all while knowing the order was not being made. It seemed like they didn’t want to admit they forgot the order, and the situation was handled extremely unprofessionally. They never acknowledged the mistake or even made the order until I brought a family member in to resolve the issue, as I was not being helped. No one offered any compensation, and nobody seemed to care about the situation. It was a Sunday night, and I have work in the morning, as does my family. It is completely ridiculous and unacceptable to be treated this way, especially without any regard to make it right. The food is not worth all of this hassle. I advise you to take your family somewhere else, as I know I will not be coming back.

Best Pizza, But Pricey
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their pizza, which I can confidently say is the best I've had in Orlando. While the food quality, particularly the pizza, was exceptional, the overall experience was slightly tempered by its accessibility and cost. It's a shame it's less accessible and a bit more expensive due to being a sit-down restaurant.

Spectacular Food and Phenomenal Service!
I took my husband here for pizza right before he was admitted for round 3 of chemo (7 days in patient). He loved it so much that while he was in the hospital, he wanted more! Here he is enjoying his pepperoni pizza! It truly made his night. The food is spectacular, and the service is phenomenal!

Incredible People and Delicious Pizza!
My experience at the restaurant was absolutely incredible. The staff, including Darius at the bar, Olivia and Lauren out in the restaurant, were outstanding. The pizza was also outstanding, featuring a sour dough crust. I will definitely return for these awesome people and delicious food. Thank you for tonight.
