Disappointing Experience with Family Order
I was referred to this restaurant by customers who suggested they could accommodate family orders. However, when I inquired about a family order for approximately 19 people, I was told they wouldn't do so unless it was for 50 or more. They wanted to charge us individually. I was advised to call the manager after 6 pm, but was also told he would likely give the same response. The staff refused to provide the manager's name, preventing me from specifying who I spoke with. It's surprising that a restaurant would turn down potential business. I will definitely not be returning and will find another place to feed my visiting family from out of state.

Best Teriyaki in Seattle!
This has got to be the best teriyaki in town. While Teriyaki Madness offers more rice, this place excels in flavor, taste, and appearance. The teriyaki sauce is delicious and mouth-watering, truly the best I've ever had, especially in Seattle where teriyaki is a serious matter. It's like saying Seattle is known for great coffee and awesome teriyaki – what more could you need in life?

Too Sweet, Too Salty, Too Much Sauce
My experience involved ordering the Beef & Chicken Teriyaki Combination, which was overwhelmingly sweet and salty. To make matters worse, there was too much darn sauce. I also noted that you don't get the pleasure of having sauce at the table, nor can you choose your silverware. I will never again return, regardless of how hungry I am.

Good Food, Awkward Service
I have to say the food is pretty good here; you won’t be dissatisfied! However, they now charge for extra sauce, which they didn't used to do, claiming people abused it. It makes one wonder how cheap a business has to be to charge for sauce. The service is not too bad, although one afternoon, a lady came in complaining about her order and the owner started arguing with her. This made the situation awkward and uncomfortable for me and I'm sure others as well. I can't understand why business owners wouldn't treat their customers like family – just be polite, be nice, and take care of your customers. It was unneeded and unnecessary to argue and create a stressful environment for everyone. It just bothered me that this could have been handled with kindness and understanding for the customers who keep that business running and pay their bills.

Mid Food, Empty Restaurant
People are lying; this place is so mid. It’s lunch time and I’m the only person here, which is concerning. The food was rated a 2, and the service and atmosphere both received a 3. Overall, a disappointing experience.
