Fantastic Bartender Jaime's Joyful Service
My experience at the restaurant was made exceptional by our bartender in the lounge, Jaime. His personality radiates joy. If you are fortunate enough to have Jaime as your bartender when you stop in for that first cocktail, you will see what I mean.

Pleasantly Surprised Hotel Bar
I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The reviews and ratings don’t really do it justice. It’s truly a hotel bar that is ideal for when you are here for work and don’t want to go out in the cold.
The flatbread was simple but hit the spot. The service was top-notch, friendly, professional, and fast. There was good music and an after-work crowd.
Would I go here for a 5-star vacation experience? Probably not. Was it a perfect post-work respite?

My partner's short rib bolognese tasted essentially like ground beef. The breakfast buffet is priced at $30 per person for Hyatt guests with a discount card, and $40 otherwise. We opted out, as we could get two sandwiches and two specialty coffees for $30 nearby.
While I think it would be acceptable for room service if one were feeling too lazy to leave the hotel, we didn't feel we got enough value to return during our stay.

Disappointing Meal, Worthy Bar
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. While the concept might appeal to those who enjoy cafeteria-style dining, for me, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I found myself laughing at how bad the food was.
I ordered what was supposed to be a Wagyu burger, but it was incredibly dry and flavorless, worse than fast food. It was definitely not worth the price or the hype. I'd advise others to spend their money elsewhere if they're seeking a decent meal.
However, the bar might be worth a visit for drinks alone; just avoid coming here hungry.
