Disappointing Locked Door Experience

Worst Matcha Ever, Rude Staff
My experience was genuinely the WORST matcha I’ve EVER drank. The matcha should be at least slightly green, but just take a look at the picture. I had to throw it out because it was inedible.

My experience was pretty good! The Açaà was amazing, and the toppings were plentiful and of good quality. Everything was a little pricey, but understandable.
My biggest complaint is that they served the açaà in a cup, which made it super hard to eat and mix all the toppings, ending up in a huge mess. Good thing it was delicious.

Awful Service, Great Food
I visited today, 11/3/25, around 4: 30 pm. It was my first time trying aci bowls, and I'm not very familiar with them, although my husband is a fan. I went in not knowing much.
The girl working there was so unwelcoming and made me feel stupid for not knowing. She kept making rude facial expressions, which made me want to leave and not order anything. Her customer service was awful.
However, the food was excellent, receiving a perfect score.
