When it comes to value, it seems theres not much to cheer about, with a rather poor score of 2.5 and customer satisfaction sitting at a low 16.7%. Terrible Takeout Experience - Avoid!
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, primarily due to issues with their service and pricing. I had a coupon from my hotel that the restaurant refused to honor. They also incorrectly stated that the waffle came with fruit, which was not true. Furthermore, silverware was not provided in my takeout bag. The prices were unreasonable, and a mandatory tip was added despite the totally awful service. The staff were unhelpful and even turned their backs on me. I have never had a more disappointing takeout experience. I strongly advise against eating here.

Excellent Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! They offer a dozen of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was also impressed that they offer a service called Picnic, which allows them to get the food to your office. I will definitely order from here again.

Great Options, No Extra Fees
My experience at this new ghost kitchen near my place was quite positive. They offer a wide variety of food options, which is fantastic. I was pleased to find that there were no extra fees for takeout. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5, and the price per person was between $20–30 with counter seating available.

Terrible Pickup Experience
I ordered for pickup during my lunch hour. Initially, the wait time was estimated at 11-15 minutes, which was acceptable. However, after placing my order, the wait time jumped to 45 minutes. To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick up my order at the designated time, it was canceled with no explanation. This was my first time trying this establishment, and I will not be returning for a second attempt.

Good Food, Inconsistent Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was good, and the location is very convenient. It houses both a Wingstop and a Lil Caesar's. However, the staff at the pickup counter weren't very friendly.
