Incredible Deal for Amazing Food!
My experience was fantastic! For the price, it's an incredible deal how good the food is, and how much you get. One dinner is enough to feed 2 or 3 people. My order was to go. I ordered lomo saltado, hot green sauce, and a 2 liter of inka cola. The food was still hot when it got to my house. When I opened the lid of food, it was a heaping amount of food absolutely filled up to the top. The food was very good, but so much I could only eat less than half before being stuffed. That's not a complaint! The beef is tasty. Onions and potatoes were firm and fresh. The hot sauce is good but very hot! 🔥 I probably don't need to order extra sauce next time. Definitely will order again.

Great Food, Friendly Service, Music Wish
My experience at the restaurant was very good. The food was delicious, generously served, and plentiful. The service was friendly and courteous. I was really craving the pozole, and the waitress was attentive. The only downside was the lack of music from 'La Tigresa del Poniente'!

Disappointing Service Despite Loving the Food
It's incredibly uncomfortable to write this review, as I USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE. However, as a client, I feel the need to report the poor customer service I recently experienced. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied, especially considering I would drive 25 miles just for their food. What a waste. I’m really sad with the way my call was handled. The man who answered the phone not only misunderstood what I was asking but twisted my words completely. He even had the owner call me back just to “confront” me about supposedly being "too specific and demanding" when all I was trying to do was get clarification and follow up on a previous concern I had already discussed with the owner. The whole situation felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When the owner called me back, he didn’t take a moment to actually hear me out. He immediately took the server’s version of events and dismissed mine entirely. I honestly felt like I was being scolded by a parent for something I wasn’t even doing, and I wasn’t given any chance to explain. The whole situation was blown completely out of proportion to the point where it just made me want to cry from being blamed for something that wasn’t even true. The experience was incredibly frustrating and discouraging. At that point, I was speechless, especially because this was coming from someone I respected and whose business I genuinely supported. My hope is that they learn from this and treat future clients with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Generous Portions, Friendly Service
My wife and I had dinner here tonight and had a really good experience. The food was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. To say the portions are large is quite an understatement; my wife and I could have easily shared my meal and still both been full. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, rated a 4 out of 5.

Amazing Peruvian Feast!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food is incredible, with the Lomo being particularly outstanding – it was to die for. The portions are huge, and everything is made fresh. You will not regret a Peruvian feast here. The atmosphere and service both received a perfect 5/5 rating, and there was no wait time with plenty of free parking available.
