mentioned by 21% of the guests

When it comes to value, theres one small convenience worth noting: you can pay with a credit card, which one customer appreciated. Great Pupusas After a Long Wait
I moved from Los Angeles to Santa Rosa and had not had good Pupusas in over a year. I made a drive out to the city and came across this little spot, and I’m glad I did. I went during the week, and parking was very easy to find. The food is made fresh, so there’s a little bit of a wait, but I was happy to wait when I got my food. The Pupusas were worth the wait, and the food was excellent.

Good Food, Poor Service & Cleanliness Issues
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food is genuinely good, which is why I continue to patronize the establishment. However, the customer service could significantly improve. The ladies working there often come across as dismissive and rarely engage in conversation. A recurring issue is their inability to follow specific requests; I consistently ask for pupusas without curtido or sauce due to a strong aversion to their smell, yet they are always included. This indicates a lack of attentiveness. While the restaurant itself is clean, the baby high chair was sticky and unclean, making me uncomfortable using it for my baby. As someone in the customer service industry, I understand how crucial positive customer engagement is. Consequently, I now opt for takeout only from this place.

Authentic Pupusas, a Childhood Favorite
This place is a true treasure! I've been coming here since I was a kid, and the food remains authentic and flavorful. The portions are also well-sized. What sets them apart is that they are the only pupuseria that makes pupusas from rice flour. I highly recommend giving this place a chance; you won't be disappointed.

Disappointing Pupusas and Overpriced Meal
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I had high expectations for the pupusas, anticipating authentic Salvadoran pupusas or at least a good taste. However, the pupusas were huge but contained minimal filling, making them very heavy, greasy, and ultimately tasteless. It felt more like eating a tortilla than a pupusa. The accompanying tomato sauce was also tasteless, extremely runny, and watered down. Given this experience, I will never visit this spot again, especially after spending over $100 on the food.

Pupusas Disappointing Experience
I used to recommend this place for its pupusas, but today I was disappointed. The curtido came with a large hair, and I'm not sure if they changed the cook, but the pupusas were very dry and thick, not appetizing at all.
