Disappointing Experience at Colonial Dr. Kyoto
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed unwilling to help. The food took over an hour to come out. When it finally arrived, it looked like it had been prepared carelessly. I’ve been to other Kyoto locations and was well treated, but I will never return to this one on Colonial Dr.

Sick after Togo order
I ordered Togo and when I arrived, I asked the host about how long the food had been sitting out, as multiple orders were lined up in a non-heated area. She stated it had just finished but wasn't hot, which is not ideal for Togo food. Although I didn't complain at the time, I did question her multiple times about the food's sitting time without warming. We were missing most of the requested sauces, and one soup had spilled in the bag. We ate it but subsequently GOT SICK! I do not recommend Togo from this establishment. The steak was well-done when I requested medium-rare and medium for both steaks. Since I'm not from the area, I didn't know better. They did offer another meal, but I declined. We are both still not feeling well.

Perfect Stir-Fried Noodles & Great Tuna Roll
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, particularly with the food. I absolutely loved my stir-fried tofu noodles! They were cooked to perfect and that is rare. The spicy tuna roll was also great. However, the seaweed salad was served on a bed of lettuce, which was odd, and it cost $7. 00, which is more than usual.
