Value (3 out of 10)

mentioned by 17% of the guests

A few guests did find some positives regarding value, with some appreciating an `affordable meal` for a theme park, noting the `price per person` was reasonable and that the `prices` werent awful overall. However, these 3 positive remarks, out of 22 total, stand against a poor 3 score and a very low 13.6% customer satisfaction, indicating that such experiences are rare. However, the vast majority of feedback points to significant issues.

Many felt the food was `overpriced` and `expensive` for what you get, citing `small portions` and a general feeling that the quality didnt justify the `cost`. Some even mentioned being `overcharged` or paying for food they didn’t order, leading to a sense of wasted `money`.

Abysmal Food and Nonexistent Service
My experience at this restaurant was abysmal. The food was terrible, and the customer service was nearly nonexistent. I had to ask multiple times for items that I had already paid for and ordered. I strongly advise others to stay away from this horrendous excuse for a restaurant.

Decent Universal Park Meal with Mixed Results
My experience at this Universal park restaurant was decent and affordable. While some dishes were better than others, Mel's meatball mountain was the best dish tried by the party. However, the ropa vieja wasn't great and the sandwiches were bland. The ambience was cute, though it was kinda annoying to sit through a meal with minion-themed music. Overall, it's a reasonable option for a park meal.

Flavorless Food, Pretty Desserts
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the atmosphere and service were rated a 4 out of 5, the food quality was a letdown, receiving a 3 out of 5. The noodle bowl was essentially just wet noodles with no flavor, and what looked like broth was just water. However, the meatball mountain was one of the better items we tried. The desserts were a highlight – neat, pretty, and good, especially the banana Swiss roll with banana cream. It seems much of the food at Universal, including here, lacks seasoning, so bringing your own salt and pepper is advisable.

Delicious Food, Soft Tostones
My experience at this cute restaurant was quite enjoyable. I tried the el macho’s salsa y ropa vieja, and it was so good. The tostones, however, could have been better as they were a little soft, but overall, the meal was delicious.

Amazing Food and Fun Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was impressed by the amazing food and the overall cleanliness of the place. There was a good variety of food, and we received our order in under 20 minutes. The rice and salmon were phenomenal, and the minion tots were incredibly good. I absolutely loved the Banana soda and dessert. The atmosphere was very fun and bright, and the staff was great as well.
