Authentic Flavors, Must-Try Off-Menu Gem
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially with their braised pork belly with mustard greens, which tasted just like my momma makes it. I also consistently order the salted egg yolk fish with pumpkin slices. While not on the menu, the boss lady will happily make it if you ask. If you're a fan of salted egg yolk, this dish is an absolute must-try here.

Authentic Hakka Food at Reasonable Prices
My experience at this older restaurant, likely over 20 years old, was positive. The establishment is well maintained, and the patrons were predominantly older Chinese individuals, many of whom appeared to be frequent visitors. I enjoyed tasty traditional Hakka food, described as "old school, " at very reasonable prices. The food quality was excellent, rated a 5, and the service was also good, rated a 4. The atmosphere was rated a 4. There was no wait time, and I was dining alone.

Charming Spot for Authentic Hakka Food
This is a nice little spot in the outer Richmond for Chinese/Hakka food. It's greatly suited for small and large parties sharing family-style. The food here reminded me of childhood meals I would have with my family. I got the stirred noodles which had a lot of wok hay in the dish, meaning it was wok fried to perfection. We also got the fried tofu and fish fillet casserole, which is always a main staple. I love the mushrooms inside. However, I did find it a bit salty. Overall, I love this place and would love to come back.
