Extremely Rude Service Encounter
My experience at this restaurant was marred by extremely rude service. While I was on the phone, the cashier spoke to me disrespectfully, telling me not to be on speaker. This interaction made for a very unpleasant experience.

Outstanding Food and Service at Fratelli's!
My experience at Fratelli's in downtown Orlando was absolutely outstanding. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor. The Fra Diavolo had the perfect kick, the Baked Ziti was rich and comforting, and the Penne with Bolognese (with added grilled chicken) was phenomenal. We also had a tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad, and it was incredibly fresh — the kind of simple dish that reminds you how good real ingredients can be. And I can’t forget the warm bread they served; you can tell it’s made fresh daily. The service was truly top-notch. Our server was attentive, fast, and friendly. Everything came out quickly, and the overall experience was solidly a 10/10. Fratelli’s just earned a spot on my list of Orlando favorites. Highly recommended.

A Special Family Establishment
If you're looking for an authentic taste of the old country in Orlando, you might be disappointed. However, Fratelli's is a family establishment that they can proudly put their name on due to its consistent quality. Every dish I ordered was under $10, and while it's the same four-cheese tortellini you can find elsewhere, they wisely price it accordingly. The pizza is comparable to other small pies I've had. What truly stood out was seeing the people behind the counter laughing and enjoying their time at work – a rare sight in the service industry these days. They even tried to recommend better dishes when they learned I was from Jersey. Fratelli's is a very special place, and if you can overlook the tacky Godfather music, you'll likely grow to love it. I'm very glad I had the chance to visit.
