Hotel Bar with Tasty Platter
My experience at this hotel bar, located in the Hyatt atrium, was a bit echo-y and open, making it not ideal for a nice dinner. However, the meat and cheese platter was very tasty. My Old Fashioned was good, though it lacked a cherry. My husband found his red wine to be uninteresting. The service was okay but somewhat spotty.

Disappointing Service, Mediocre Food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. My partner insisted we eat here because it was on-site, making it easier. However, the starter and main course were brought out at the same time, which I queried with the server. They just shrugged. Later, a waiter asked if everything was okay, and when I said no, they responded, 'Only if not wanting to go out. ' The overall attitude felt like they were questioning why we were even dining there, implying we 'get what we deserve'. Given the many great options nearby, I would advise others to please don't use this restaurant if you have a choice.

Amazing Service and Delicious Food!
My experience at the restaurant was wonderful, thanks to our server, Erika B, who was amazing. The food was exactly as desired, prompt, and tasty. The environment is lovely, and we were able to sit talking endlessly because we were well taken care of, had great food, and were accompanied by smiling attentive service. I'd recommend! 😘😘😘😘

Great View, Slow Service, Shed-like Seating
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the view was undeniably great, the prep time for a simple toasted bagel was slow. The seating felt a bit like being in a large bike shed. Overall, the food received a decent rating, but the service and atmosphere were less impressive.

Nice atmosphere, but food is average
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the atmosphere at the bar was very nice, making it a good spot for a beer or glass of wine, the food itself was a bit of a letdown. The cheesecake was bland, and the cocktail was just 'meh'. Given that San Francisco offers some of the most amazing dining in the world, a meal like this is a bit of a bummer. I would recommend this place for drinks at the bar, but not necessarily for a full dining experience.
