Bagel Price Shock at Different Locations
My experience at this restaurant was marked by a significant price difference for the same item. I was charged $4. 50 for a bagel with cream cheese, which is considerably more than the $3.

Disappointing New Customer Experience
As a new customer to this location, my experience was highly disappointing. There was a lack of clarity regarding staff roles, and my order, placed early, was not ready. They were out of pumpkin slice.
I attempted to use my points for a free bakery item and requested a blueberry muffin with butter. However, I was informed they had to charge me for the butter, which is not the case when using the app with points. Consequently, I left for work without butter for my breakfast, and my muffin wasn't even warmed up; it was just tossed in a bag.

Disappointing Donuts, Great Macchiato
I ordered a variety of a dozen donuts and a macchiato. The macchiato was good, and the service was great. However, I can't say the same about the donuts.
I specifically asked for a variety, expecting two of each flavor, and I didn't even receive the pumpkin spice donut I requested. Instead, about 4/5 of the donuts were the same bland flavor, with only one of each of the good flavors. I was extremely disappointed.
I didn't realize this until I walked all the way home, and while I take accountability for not checking beforehand, it was still very unfortunate.

I'm trying to understand why the Cleveland Lee Road location prices are higher than North Randall Oakwood and Garfield. A medium iced coffee is now $4. 50 on Lee Road, while it's under $3.
