Best Bahn Mi Alternative?
If you're considering coming here instead of walking the few blocks to Little Saigon for what could be the best bahn mi of your life, then that's sad. It implies a missed opportunity for a truly exceptional culinary experience.

Excellent Roasted Pork Salad Noodles!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, particularly with the roasted pork salad noodle bowl. It's one of the best bun dishes I've had in a while. The portion of meat was large and perfectly cooked. I appreciated that they didn't overload the dish with noodles, which is a common pet peeve of mine. The mix of vegetables was also very good, and their traditional pickles were even better. I also enjoyed the outdoor dining experience in the parklet.

Mixed Feelings on Roasted Pork
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The roasted pork was good, but it was heavy in the sauce. The vegetables were normal, though they had some unexpected spice. Overall, the meal didn't feel cohesive, but it wasn't too bad.
