Great Gluten-Free Options and Excellent Food
As a gluten-free diner, I was pleased to find that this restaurant offered a good selection of options for us. We decided to try it after seeing them on Shark Tank. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our meal so much that we ate there and also got some to go, ensuring we could savor it again the next day.

Excellent Service and Delicious Food!
As a satisfied first-time customer, I want to express my gratitude to Niyea and the excellent cook on Thursday night. I came with a friend and initially didn't plan to eat, but Niyea's kindness led to a wonderful experience. We discussed Cupbop's many bowl options, and she made a great suggestion. She prepared me a beef noodle and rice bowl that was so good and prepared perfectly! Niyea also provided a loyalty card offering a free bowl after 9 punches. I'm already on my way for my second punch today, eager to try Niyea's second suggestion: Tangy beef and mandoos. Thanks, Cupbop, I'm on my way! 🤗

My experience at this location was disappointing. It was a great location when it was open, but unfortunately, it is now mismarked as open. It looks completely closed with all equipment gone.

Awkward Service, Okay Food
My second and last experience at this restaurant, which was around 2-3 years ago, left much to be desired. I hope they've improved their staff training and hiring since then. During lunch, the staff seemed young and new. A young Hispanic girl with dark black hair and glasses was assembling our bowls. She was very quiet, shy, and socially awkward. When I informed her that I didn't want noodles in my bowl, which she had already added along with rice, she visibly became upset, even with her mask on. My husband and I had forgotten to specify no noodles for the second bowl. She threw away the bowl and grabbed a new one, but her body language and eyes conveyed instant annoyance and anger. She didn't say anything to me and passed our bowls to the next worker, making the entire interaction tense and awkward. The food itself was just okay, and in my opinion, overpriced.

Great B Bop Bowl, Missed Ice Cream Bar
I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, especially the B Bop bowl. The sauce drizzled on the food was particularly delicious. My only wish is that they had the ice-cream bar at this location; perhaps next time. The prices were reasonable for what I ordered, which included two bowls, chips, and a large drink. Overall, I give it a 4. 8 rating.
