Overpriced Chicken Combo
My daughter visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered a two-piece chicken "combo. " The cost exceeded $15, with sides being an additional $4 to $5. I found the pricing to be way overpriced for the quality of the product received. She could have had a better deal at Popeyes, where a combo includes a side (like fries, beans, rice, or salad), a biscuit, and a drink for less than what she paid here.

Combo disappointment, missing items
I ordered a 3-piece combo, which consisted of 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. I felt it wasn't much of a combo. When I was asked what sauce I wanted, I received neither the sauce nor the biscuit when I returned to my hotel room.

Good food and service, challenging area
My experience at this restaurant was positive, particularly regarding the food and service. I found the chicken to be good, and the service was also good. The atmosphere received a rating of 4. However, the area itself is a bit challenging, especially since the restaurant had been broken into the day before my visit.

Terrible Service, Unpleasant Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the terrible service. I walked almost a mile to try the place, only to find a locked door with a shattered glass window. While food was visible in a warmer, no one was around. When I called, a gentleman emerged from the bathroom, drying his hands, but instead of acknowledging me, he answered the phone. He curtly informed me they were closed and then explained he had to use the bathroom and was the only worker. Despite his confusion, he eventually opened the door. When I expressed my confusion about them being closed, he seemed perturbed and reiterated he was the only one there. He then propped the door open with cardboard, pulled back his hair, and asked what I wanted. Hesitant due to the initial interaction, I ordered chicken. The interaction regarding sides was confusing; he initially said I could have as many as I wanted, then stated the combo didn't come with sides. His curtness persisted, which was irritating. He then went to the kitchen to prepare the sides. After bagging the food, he repeatedly asked if I wanted ketchup, despite me only wanting hot sauce. When I confirmed my side order, he responded evasively, further increasing my irritation. I eventually gave up asking and told him I didn't appreciate his attitude, to which he seemed unbothered. Adding to the unpleasantness, he did not wash his hands or put on gloves before handling the chicken, and later before preparing the sides. The door was filthy, and his hair looked unkempt, raising concerns about hygiene. While the food looked appealing, I cannot comment on its taste as I definitely would not return.

Salty Chicken, Mushy Mac & Cheese
My experience involved trying the chicken and mac and cheese. The chicken was thick and flavorful, but unfortunately, it was overly salty, which overshadowed the taste. The mac and cheese had a creamy look but ended up resembling mush, lacking the texture you'd hope for.
