Disappointing Experience, Small Portions
I must be honest, my experience at this restaurant was not enjoyable, and I will not be returning. As someone with fine dining experience, I was very disappointed. We had reservations for the $50 prix-fixe menu, but the host did not acknowledge them and directed us to the bar. The bar area was extremely cramped, making it difficult for patrons to move. Initially, I was unsure who our server was, as one individual behind the bar was dressed differently and seemed to be multitasking. He provided us with menus, and it became clear he would be handling our table. My companions had questions about the food, and he appeared to lack knowledge about the dishes, possibly due to them being new. He did not take notes, relying on memory for our order, and surprisingly, did not ask about drinks. I had to request a drink after our first course. The iced tea I ordered had an odd, flat, sparkling water-like taste with a hint of fruit, which I would not recommend. The first course, hummus with flat pita, was decent but unremarkable. The second course, green beans, had good flavor despite its simplicity and small portion size. I had hoped the final course would be larger. However, the third course took 45 minutes to arrive, with tables seated after us receiving their food first. This wait was frustrating. I ordered the burger, and my friends ordered dumplings. The burger was disappointingly small, almost comically so, and my friends received only six tiny dumplings. The burger itself tasted good, cooked medium-rare, but at this point, I was eager to leave. Considering the prices, the food and service were not worth it. The interior decor was visually appealing, though oddly shaped. The restaurant seemed poorly managed, with unprepared staff and visible kitchen issues, despite the low number of occupied tables. This establishment needs better management, training, larger portions, or a complete overhaul. The positive reviews are baffling. I left feeling upset and still hungry.

Exceptional Dining Experience!
My experience at Cellar hand was truly outstanding! I found it to be one of the best restaurants in the area. The whipped tahina dip was out of this world, and all their other plates were equally impressive. The staff and chef clearly take immense pride in their dishes, which is evident in the perfect execution of every meal. The entire team was extremely welcoming and kind, creating a warm and cozy vibe. This restaurant has become one of my favorite spots, and I'm very grateful to have it in the neighborhood. I also have to mention that the chilled red was unbelievable!
