Excellent Service and Fresh Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I placed an order over the phone with a lovely guy who was very accommodating of all my extra requests, like tartar sauce. When I arrived to pick up my order, my fries were still being made, and the staff happily informed me they were fresh.
The woman preparing the fries was particularly nice and sweet, even adding extra sauce. I will definitely be returning for in-person orders, either over the phone or dining in, and will avoid delivery apps.

Since it had been a while since my last visit, I wasn't familiar with the menu, so I asked the cashier about their specials. Instead of offering a helpful response, she rudely pointed to the menu and told me to look up.
The tone and attitude caught me off guard and honestly left a bad impression. On a positive note, I’ve had much better experiences at their Rainbow location, where the staff was welcoming and attentive.
