I found the experience to be inconsistent, both in food quality and in their adherence to health code regulations.

They offer LOTS of food including quiches, sandwiches, fun pastries, skillets, just to name a few. I ordered the sausage breakfast bun which included a Sunnyside up egg, havarti cheese, garlic aioli, arugula, and an unexpected sausage link rather than a patty, but it was a delicious link so I wasn't mad.

A lovely young woman greeted us warmly and asked if we had any questions about the menu. The coffee was good, with firm foam, and the cinnamon flavor was present in both drinks. The macadamia milk in a Pumpkin Spice Latte or a vanilla cinnamon drink was also good.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing. Every time I come in, I’m met with attitude instead of hospitality. Orders take far too long, even when the place isn’t busy, and I’ve repeatedly watched staff argue with each other about who’s handling to-go orders rather than actually helping customers.
It’s frustrating to wait so long for something as simple as a sandwich while employees stand around or drag their feet. After enough experiences like this, I won’t be coming back.
