Value (3.6 out of 10)

mentioned by 21% of the guests

While the overall score for value sits at a 3.6, indicating it's on the poorer side, there are a couple of bright spots. Customers appreciate the price per person for some items and find the retail roasts to be fairly priced for their quality. These positive sentiments, though few with only 2 positive remarks, highlight specific areas where the value shines.

Many find items like food and drinks to be overpriced and expensive, with some even calling the pricing ludicrous. Great Coffee, Food, and Art - Be Ready to Wait!
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I found the coffee and food to be really good. I also loved the art. It's clear the entire neighborhood loves this place, as it's very popular, so be prepared to wait. It's also on the more expensive side.

Cozy Cafe with Good Coffee and High Prices
A lovely young woman greeted us warmly and asked if we had any questions about the menu. The coffee was good, with firm foam, and the cinnamon flavor was present in both drinks. The macadamia milk in a Pumpkin Spice Latte or a vanilla cinnamon drink was also good. We rated it 4. 5, as two guys in love. The price is high, considering it's in Queen Anne.

Consistently Disappointing Service
I’ve given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing. Every time I come in, I’m met with attitude instead of hospitality. Orders take far too long, even when the place isn’t busy, and I’ve repeatedly watched staff argue with each other about who’s handling to-go orders rather than actually helping customers. It’s frustrating to wait so long for something as simple as a sandwich while employees stand around or drag their feet. After enough experiences like this, I won’t be coming back.
