Best Burger in San Francisco!
My experience at this restaurant was outstanding, hands down the BEST burger I've ever had, possibly anywhere in the world. It's the best tasting, and notably, it lacks the grease found at other local favorites. The French fries are also great, but I often opt for a side of coleslaw to maintain a healthier choice. This makes for a great lunch. Grace consistently makes me feel at home, and I'm thankful for years of yummy food!

Great Burgers and Comfy Atmosphere!
I recently moved into the neighborhood and finally had the chance to experience this restaurant, which I'd only heard great things about. The atmosphere is super comfy and has a California vibe, and the place is clean. The burgers, steaks, and fries were all top-notch in flavor and tenderness. I highly recommend trying the Reuben burger! Thanks, we will definitely be back! And the bathroom was clean too!

Burger Overcooked, Service Appalling
My experience at this restaurant was marred by a severely overcooked burger. I chose not to send it back to avoid unpleasantness during a birthday celebration for a friend, so I ate the medium-rare center and left the rest. The service was appallingly bad. The waiter was completely unprofessional in appearance, dress, and attitude. We waited so long to order that I had to go to the counter to inquire if we should order there. It made me wonder if he disliked us due to our attire or treated us with disrespect because one of us has brown skin. At one point, the server approached our table with a beverage in one hand and sipped his own drink through a straw before asking what we needed. He was a ridiculous excuse for a server, and I must reiterate, the service was bad. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Spectacular Turkey Burger Experience!
I told him, "But first, I'm stopping at the Bullshead Restaurant for one of those world famous Turkey burgers. " Then the little Weasel says, "Well, why can't we just do the trade there? That way I can have a Turkey burger too. " NO! I tell him, we'll do the exchange at the halfway point being Stonestown as planned, out there in the parking lot where no one can see the big boar Warthogs going from my truck to yours! Boy, I'll tell you, the outskirts of Campbell is in for a big surprise when those Warthogs dig under Killklunker's fence and start terrorizing the town, but the bigger surprise was that Awesome Turkey and Jack burger with grilled onions, it was Spectacularly Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty
I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The original owner is gone, and the new staff are really rude. Despite my desire to support my favorite restaurant, a recent incident left me stunned: when I couldn't afford to tip, the lady threw my credit card back at me. To make matters worse, the food I received was burnt and inedible. After almost a decade of patronage, I can honestly say I'm never coming back. I used to work in food service and never punished customers for not tipping; this behavior was selfish and childish.
