Horrible Service, Rude Staff
My experience at this restaurant was horrible due to the terrible customer service. The lady in the Indian food section was particularly rude and lacked basic communication skills. Initially, they were out of several ingredients for the wraps.
When I inquired about substitutes, I was told it wasn't allowed. It's frustrating when the restaurant doesn't have the advertised ingredients for their wraps. To make matters worse, she overcharged me by billing it as a custom wrap instead of the regular one I ordered.
This was a very bad experience, and it seems management is unaware of how their staff interacts with customers.
