Amazing Food, Terrible Wait Time
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was absolutely amazing, earning a perfect score. However, the service was incredibly slow, with a takeout order taking a staggering 3 hours from the time of ordering. This lengthy wait time significantly detracted from the overall experience. If the restaurant is that busy, they should consider hiring more staff to improve efficiency.

Good American-Chinese Takeout
I ordered takeout on Christmas Day and was pleased with the experience. The food was pretty good, offering the classic “American style Chinese” dishes we were hoping for. The online ordering process was smooth, and our food was ready before the 60 minutes quoted on the website. One minor note: there were no fortune cookies included.

Terrific NY-Style Chinese Food!
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I found it to be the best NY-style Chinese food in the Seattle area. I've tried several dishes, including the general tso's chicken, chicken with broccoli, hot and sour soup, and pork dumplings, and all were terrific! The lunch special offers a terrific value. Beyond the great food and prices, the service and ambience were top-notch. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is attentive, seeks honest feedback, and is incredibly warm and kind. Her dedication to the quality of the food, the restaurant, and her customers is evident. They are also very kid-friendly, providing coloring books and crayons, making it a great place for families.

Disappointing Orange Chicken Experience
I was disappointed with my experience, especially since I was craving orange chicken. Finding parking was somewhat difficult, with only a few cramped spots available. The service was prompt, as I received my food in about 10 minutes. However, upon arriving home, I found the brown rice to be rather dry, and the chicken's breading tasted overcooked and lacked the expected citrus flavor. Overall, the food quality did not meet my expectations.
