Awful Service, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative due to awful service and disappointing food. From the start, there was no acknowledgement of my food order, and I had to ask to confirm my choices. Throughout the meal, the server never checked in to see how the meal was. The salmon Benedict was particularly disappointing, featuring the thinnest salmon I've ever encountered. My wife's Benedict had solid egg yolks, and when she brought this to the manager's attention, he offered cold hollandaise as a remedy. Despite informing the server about an upcoming appointment and requesting the check, we had to waive him down to pay. I will not be returning.

Excellent Hotel Restaurant Experience
My experience at this hotel restaurant was great! The receptionist was very attentive and immediately showed us to our table. Our water glasses were filled right away, and our server promptly took our drink orders. We enjoyed our entrées and then decided to have dessert. It was a very good experience for a hotel restaurant. Thank you!

Great Atmosphere, Bland Food
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The atmosphere was great, receiving a 5-star rating. However, the service was only rated a 3, and the food was a significant disappointment, scoring a 2. I ordered the $50 ribeye, expecting it medium-rare, but it arrived well-done and completely lacked flavor. My wife's ravioli was similarly bland. While the ambiance was enjoyable, the food quality did not meet expectations, especially for the price point.
