Please don’t go there. The food is old. He just wants to take your money first and then make you wait for a long time.

Disappointing Food and Misleading Experience
I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews, especially for businesses run by elderly owners. However, I also don’t want other customers to be misled — some people might expect the food to be good and end up ordering a large amount and paying quite a lot. This was my first time coming here because I thought it might be an old, traditional place with delicious food. But after ordering and waiting, I was really confused when the food was served. The dishes looked nothing like the photos on the menu — I couldn’t even tell what some of them were. The taste was bland and reminded me of leftover food that had just been reheated. Before ordering, they told me everything was freshly made, which turned out to be untrue — my friend felt the same way. I couldn’t even finish my food, and some dishes made me nauseous. I actually threw up after eating one of them because the taste was so bad. I’ve never regretted spending money this much before. Im so dissapointed! : (

Disaster: Stale food and poor environment
My experience at this restaurant was a disaster. The FDA needs to investigate this place. I found the baked goods to be old and stale, and the overall environment was not great. While some hole-in-the-wall places can have a certain charm of genuineness, this establishment simply does not meet a basic bar for food quality.

Terrible Experience with Leftovers
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I really wanted to love this place and the old man, but I did not receive the food I ordered. Instead, I was served random leftovers in plastic boxes. The shumai was disappointing, being all flour with no meat. The noodles were also clearly recooked and stirred in oil, making it evident that they were someone else’s leftovers. 😭😭😭
