Terrible Experience at Teriyaki Madness
My experience at this Teriyaki Madness location was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Bowl and was unhappy with it from the start. The cashier, Natali, seemed uninterested in taking my order, which should have been a warning sign.
Although I requested to dine in, my order was brought to me in a bag. Upon opening it, I discovered the chicken was burnt and there was an excessive amount of red pepper, making it impossible to eat. When I tried to get the manager's attention, I was ignored as they continued to assist other customers.
I was very upset after getting home and realizing my $13 order was a complete waste. I will not be returning to this location, which is a shame because Teriyaki Madness generally has good food. I still have my receipt and hope the manager will offer a refund.
