Absolutely Delicious and Emotional Experience!
I want to cry every time I eat here because it’s so good, I actually get emotional. I wish I could eat here everyday wow. I usually get 2 hand rolls and a roll and it’s about $35 with tip! I almost cry when I eat the yellowtail hand roll with a side of ponzu because it’s that good. 😩 I wish I could live here. My friends and I eat in silence because it’s that good. Also they’re so nice I love them.

Awesome Sushi for the Price!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially considering the price. I've only ordered takeout, but I absolutely love it. The food is some of the best sushi I've had around, and the value is incredible. The service and atmosphere also received perfect scores.

Amazing Sushi, Worth the Wait!
As a self-proclaimed sushi snob, I can confidently say this is my favorite sushi restaurant. The freshness of the ingredients is outstanding, and the fish literally melts in your mouth. Be aware that it's a small restaurant, so seating is limited, and you should expect a wait, especially on weekends, if you don't have a reservation. The prices are reasonable considering the top quality of the food. I brought four friends here, and they were all raving about the freshness of the fish, and they are fishermen! The owner means business and clearly knows how to run this place, providing great service. Their Philadelphia roll is the best I've ever had and is truly to die for. I've tried many of their rolls, and they are all incredibly good. I'm so happy to have this gem in my hometown of Clairemont. Do NOT skip this place; it is AMAZING! I truly hope it stays around forever and I eat here at least once a month. Yum Yum!

Fresh Sushi, Cool Ambiance, Parking Woes
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of delicious food and some drawbacks. The fish was fresh, and the crispy rice roll with sesame seeds and tuna was to die for. However, the outdoor seating was not great, as it overlooked a parking lot and gas station. Service was somewhat slow, but we were there during a busy time and were fortunate to get seated. The inside looked really cool, with sushi chefs visible and perfecting their craft. Overall, everything seemed a bit overpriced for the quality of sushi. Additionally, the parking lot is super compact and not the easiest place to find.
