Delicious Hoagies and Wonderful Servers
I walked a mile to get here for my second visit to this WaWa (#5206). My first review praised the store and staff, and this one continues that appreciation for the available foods and the wonderful servers I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Since I don't have a vehicle, I walk a mile north twice a week for my hot lunch. My usual order includes a hoagie, either meatball or chicken Parmesan (with cheddar), a fountain Diet Coke, and a small mixed fruit bowl for dessert. The marinara sauce on my hoagies is very tasty, so I always request extra. The servers are consistently kind and treat everyone with respect and appreciation. I admire all the servers for their kindness and the help they provide throughout the year, understanding how challenging it can be to deal with the public. I always try to be understanding of what they're going through. My hat is off to you, #5206. You've truly given me enthusiasm for a delicious and enjoyable walking journey.

Inconvenient Late-Night Service
My experience at this WaWa was frustrating because it's the only location that doesn't have an ordering system available at 2 a. M. Additionally, both cash registers had a 'closed' sign. This seems to be a consequence of the night shift employees closing early to avoid customer interruptions while they are working. I urge supervisors to address this issue.

Supervisor's Rude Attitude Ruined Our Visit
Last night, my wife, our Autistic son, and I stopped by to grab something to eat before heading home. The cashier made a mistake when trying to use my points, so we called for the "supervisor" to help resolve the situation. We were polite and even let people in front of us to avoid forming a line. However, when my wife tried to explain the issue, the "supervisor" repeatedly told her to be quiet. This angered both me and my wife, leading to an argument. Our son became distressed, breaking down in tears because he thought it was his fault. We stepped outside so he could get some air. Upon our return, the "supervisor" refused to honor our points and accused us of being rude. When I asked to speak to her manager after getting food for my son, she became ignorant, stating she was in charge, which led to another argument. She became aggressive, as if she was going to do something. Not only were my wife and I insulted, but I also felt robbed because she refused to try and refund our points and acted very smug about it. The supervisor on duty around 11 pm on April 8th needs to get their act together, and WAWA needs to address her unprofessional behavior and that stank attitude she provided to us.

Terrible Quesadilla Experience
My experience at this Wawa was quite disappointing, primarily due to the food. I ordered a quesadilla, but it was so watery and the tortilla was so wet it fell apart when I picked it up. In addition to it being terrible to try to eat, it also was the wrong quesadilla order, despite me being the only person waiting for food at the time. I’ve never had that happen at other Wawas. Honestly, just a terrible quesadilla.

Protein Portion Discrepancy
I never noticed until today that you guys are charging for protein, but you don't get the full amount. You pay for 3 scoops, but when they put it in the blender, most of it gets put down the drain because it doesn't fit in the cup. I pay for the 3 scoops and expect to have them in my cup, not watch what I paid for go down the drain. It's very misleading.
