Value (3.8 out of 10)

mentioned by 22% of the guests

When it comes to value, some diners found pleasant surprises, noting that the prices were surprisingly good and even much lower than expected, especially compared to other airport or hotel restaurants. A few guests felt the quantity well justified the price, making their experience feel reasonably priced. These positive sentiments, though fewer, highlight instances where the pricing truly delivered value for money.

However, the overall sentiment for value leans heavily towards disappointment, with a score of 3.8 (average, but on the lower side) and a poor customer satisfaction of just 22.2%. Many experiences, based on 24 negative remarks, describe feeling price gouged or that items were simply overpriced. Issues like unexpected delivery fees or being charged twice left a sour taste, indicating that the value for the money was often not great.

Hidden Gem at MCO Airport
My experience at this restaurant, a true hidden gem at MCO, was fantastic. The food was great, offering a wide selection. The service was terrific, and the seating provided a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Even the restrooms were clean and fancy, which is remarkable for an airport establishment! It's a standout option for travelers.

Excellent Chicken Parmesan and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was a great meal to end our trip before heading home. Our server, Nydursckha, recommended the chicken Parmesan, and it was so fire! It was crispy, with baked cheese on top, and cooked perfectly, blending great with the sauces. She provided excellent service, being helpful, nice, and very patient while our toddler decided on the kids menu. I definitely recommend checking this restaurant out, especially after reading reviews of other airport food choices.

Tasty but Expensive Airport Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was generally pretty tasty, with the jet fuel deviled eggs being particularly delicious. The 3 appetizers for $27 were also generally worth it, considering it's hotel food in an airport. However, the food was very expensive. The chicken quesadilla was average, definitely nothing special but tasty nonetheless. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and service a 4, with no wait time.
