Mixed Feelings on Barbacoa and Birria
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The barbacoa had an excellent flavor, which was a definite highlight. However, the birria was quite disappointing, tasting more like beef broth and lacking seasoning. The salsas also suffered from a lack of flavor. On a positive note, the service was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was also rated well at 4, described as quiet and easy to talk. The overall food score was 4, indicating some good points but also areas for improvement.

Inconsistent Service and Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was marked by poor customer service. For takeout orders, they frequently send incomplete meals or the wrong dish, and this is a consistent issue. The barbacoa was more fat than meat, and the consommé was very watered down. I hope they can improve.

Terrible Service, Unpleasant Experience
I have been to this restaurant on several occasions, but I have never had such an unpleasant moment as today. The waitress, named Mitzy, provided terrible service; one star is too much! You can check your cameras; we are just leaving there. I believe her anger started because we returned a consommé; it looked very unappetizing, like vomit, so we didn't even try it due to its poor appearance. By the way, there were 5 adults, and she only gave us one fork. I stood up and asked for more, and she gave me one more. There's no problem sharing if you don't have them, right? Then I stood up again to ask for plates because she couldn't do it herself, meaning I literally did her job while she chatted and chatted! She couldn't even make 2 tickets for a table of 5! The restaurant was empty, so there's no excuse for not attending to my family well, literally! I work in a restaurant on the strip, and this is not acceptable. One goes to a restaurant to socialize and have a good time, not to get angry. That woman didn't deserve even a dollar, and to automatically charge for the tip for that service is very wrong! You need experienced people who attend to us customers well and make us want to return! Terrible service overall! Believe me, I recognize when someone does their job; without a doubt, I leave a tip, but what they did today is a mockery, and we will no longer return to this place because of the service you have!

Disappointing Service, Hope for Improvement
This was my first time at this restaurant, and frankly, I was very disappointed. The waitress's service was extremely unpleasant. I hope not to return to this place until I see comments indicating that the waitresses have changed their attitude.
