Disappointing Donut Selection
My experience at this restaurant was not very good. The selection of donuts was not what I'm used to in Nebraska. I was disappointed to find that they did not offer cream-filled, chocolate cream-filled donuts, or maple cream-filled long johns.

Disappointing Dunkin' Experience
My experience at this Dunkin' was quite disappointing. Even for a Dunkin', the quality was subpar. Given that it's in Vegas, I expected potential issues with service and being overcharged, but this was exceptionally bad. The service was on another level of terrible, and the food quality was also very low. I hope they can do better.

Dunkin's Downtown Las Vegas Rip-off
I decided to spend more at this Dunkin' location because it looked appealing and the digital menu displayed what seemed like decent portion sizes. I understand that you get what you pay for, and I was prepared for a higher cost. However, I did not receive anything close to what I paid for. For $9. 00, I received a small bucket filled only halfway, containing a total of 7 chipotle hashbrowns. Additionally, a bag costing $3. 50 was also filled halfway, with only 5 hashbrowns. While I acknowledge that food in Downtown Las Vegas comes at a premium, this establishment takes 'screwing you over' and 'stealing your money' to an entirely new level. I would suggest wasting your money at the slot machines instead; you'll likely be more satisfied and ironically get more in return than from this abomination of a Dunkin'. This horrible experience has led me to decide against returning to any Dunkin' location. To avoid having your day ruined, like mine was, STAY AWAY from this place.

Absolutely Furious with Rude Staff
I’m absolutely furious. The staff at your store were unbelievably rude. My drink was filled entirely with ice – I have photos. Even worse, my friend politely asked for tap water to fill her drink bottle (in 30°C Vegas heat!), and the guy snapped and told her to go to the store behind us because “the manager won’t allow it. ” Are you serious? In this heat, surrounded by drunk people, and you can’t spare a cup of water? This is disgusting customer service. Whoever was working today should be fired immediately – they clearly don’t know how to treat customers. I demand a full refund AND compensation – a gift card or bank transfer. You’ve lost my respect and probably a lot more customers if this is how you operate.
