Inconsistent but Delicious Greek Food
On certain days, the food here is some of the BEST Greek food I've ever had. The steak melts in your mouth, and the rice and hummus are fantastic! However, the experience is inconsistent.
On other days, I've had dry meat and less flavorful, dry rice. I hope you try harder to be consistently good.

My experience at Stephano's was fantastic! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the manager patiently explained the menu, ensuring I understood the different meal options. I ordered the steak bowl for my main course, and it was outstanding – grilled to perfection, incredibly juicy, and tender.
They truly nailed the pita; it was soft and clearly fresh. The staff member who took my order was attentive, and the manager even stopped by later to check on the food's taste. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of service, especially for what I perceived as a fast-food establishment.
Given its convenient location close to home, I will definitely visit again.

Service Nightmare with Food Allergy Incident
My experience at this restaurant was a service nightmare. They incorrectly informed us that a dish was gluten-free when it was not, and then overcharged us for the replacement. What was particularly concerning was the lack of apology after giving a child an allergen, with staff even joking, "hope it's just a preference.
" It's highly unlikely a 7-year-old would choose to be gluten-free as a preference. Furthermore, they were out of beef shawarma. While I suspect poor training, I would strongly advise anyone with food allergies to stay away.
