I've been enjoying Katana Sushi for over three years since moving to Carmel Valley. It's my go-to for a great meal, whether we're entertaining guests or enjoying a date or family night out. The food is always expertly prepared, the prices are great, and the staff are courteous and quick.

Excellent Food and Service from Rose!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Rose. As regulars, we always appreciate her attentiveness. She made a great recommendation for the bulgogi and kimbab combo, which my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed.
