My experience at the restaurant on Thanksgiving day was wonderful. The food was yummy, and despite having only one waiter, he was incredibly attentive. Thank you!

Good Food, Declining Service
I've eaten here before, but recently their attitude and customer care have declined. You show up and there's hardly anyone eating or it's half full, and they tell you it's an hour wait. Sounds like staffing and management problems. The food is always good, but I'll be taking my $$$ elsewhere.

Service Disaster After Great First Visit
My previous experience at this restaurant was fantastic, with loved service and food. Even as someone who doesn't typically enjoy pancakes, I found their pancakes to be a must-try. I would have easily recommended this place and made it my regular breakfast spot, but today's experience was entirely different. Our server, Anita, was initially absent, requiring the host to find her to get us started. The host even took our drink orders and delivered them while Anita was in the back, her distinct laugh echoing from the kitchen. This became a recurring theme. When we finally ordered, the food arrived, but the steak knives were inadequate; they couldn't cut through the steak. Despite multiple attempts to get Anita's attention, she ignored us and returned to the kitchen to continue her conversation. I ended up eating my steak with my hands as she never returned. After waiting another 15 minutes to order more food, the host again had to intervene, as Anita was nowhere to be found and was asked to attend to us. Anita eventually acknowledged us and stated I should have ordered everything at once if I wanted the special, a special I had waited 25 minutes to request due to her lack of attention. While I'm not upset about missing the special, her unacceptable attitude and service were beyond disappointing. As a diner manager, I couldn't comprehend how she couldn't manage only three tables, yet blamed me for my timely ordering. I will try this place again, but if you get Anita, don't hesitate to hold her accountable. Her service was unacceptable for a hospitality-filled establishment.

Rude Waitress, Great Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was excellent, with a rating of 4 out of 5, the service was unfortunately very poor. The waitress was rude, and it was evident she disliked her job. However, the atmosphere was decent, rated at 3 out of 5.

Cold food, cold service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I was initially seated outside with other minorities. When I requested to be moved, the next available area was exclusively occupied by white patrons. I came to try the burger special, but the white waiter served it to me cold. The fries were also bland and warm.
