Value (3.4 out of 10)

While positive feedback on value is quite rare, with only 1 out of 10 comments, there was one instance where a customer was pleasantly surprised when their entire order was comped. This kind gesture certainly made a difference for that individual, though it doesnt reflect the general sentiment. However, the overall sentiment paints a different picture, with a poor score of just 3.4 and customer satisfaction at a very low 10%.

Out of 10 remarks, 7 were negative, frequently mentioning the high price, especially for breakfast, which many felt was a waste of money. Concerns about a cashless society and being asked to round up my check' also surfaced.

Terrible Service, No Refund
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The service was so bad that they wouldn't even offer a refund. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from here if you don't want your money stolen. The food received a score of 1, and the atmosphere was also rated a 1. The wait time was over an hour, and the noise level was very loud, making it hard to hear. The price per person was between $30–50, and the group size was 9+ people.

Amazing Service, Cold Food
My experience at the restaurant was a mix of excellent service and disappointing food temperature. Our waiter, Alex, was by far the best waitress; she was very professional, well-groomed, and polite. Alex, this was not your fault; you are simply amazing and brought so much greatness to our table. The only complaint I have is the food temperature being cold to the taste. The cook/cooks need to do better; customers should not have to take their food home to heat it up.

The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch, both receiving a perfect score. The atmosphere was also rated highly, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. It was a quiet environment, making it easy to talk.
