Disappointing Experience, Fell Off
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Upon entering, I observed an employee who was coughing significantly. This same employee then left for a smoke break. We approached a lady who was eating her own sandwich directly over the sandwich station, causing crumbs to scatter. She instructed us to wait for the sandwich chef, who turned out to be the same employee who had been coughing and smoking. I expected him to wash his hands, but he only used hand sanitizer before putting on new gloves. While I appreciated the fresh gloves, the overall hygiene concern was present. The Dutch crunch I ordered tasted stale, as if the bag had been left open overnight. However, the toppings themselves were good. This place has really fallen off. I'm giving an extra star for past positive memories.

Best Sandwiches in the Neighborhood!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best sandwiches in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the turkey club with avocado on dutch crunch. It was a delicious lunch, and the price per person was between $10–20. The service was take-out.

Disappointing Second Order Experience
My first experience ordering from this deli via DoorDash was delicious! The porchetta sandwich was beautifully put together, and the chocolate brownie and potato salad were also excellent. Everything was perfect. However, my second order last night (7/14/25) was a different story. First, they forgot to include the brownie in the bag. I called the store, and they confirmed the mistake. DoorDash did refund me for the brownie. The real issue, though, was the sandwich. I ordered a Mortadella sandwich with onion and lettuce on Dutch Crunch with mayo, pesto, and mustard. The condiments were applied too heavily, making it sloppy. More importantly, instead of nicely sliced mortadella, the sandwich contained 1-inch thick chunks of mortadella. I was willing to overlook the missing brownie, but the sandwich preparation was unacceptable. I did not request heavy condiments, and I question why they would use such large chunks of mortadella when sliced mortadella should have been available. It seemed like they just cut up a large piece of mortadella and put it on the sandwich. Please, do better for your patrons.

Good Beer Selection, No Sandwiches
My experience at the restaurant was centered around their beer selection. While I didn't try any sandwiches, they offered a nice selection of good beer. I particularly enjoyed a Delirium and a Pliny the Elder.
