Great Spicy Pork, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The spicy pork was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect score for food. However, the restaurant consistently runs out of this popular dish hours before closing, and it's only available for a limited time. Adding to the disappointment, the service was notably poor, with the staff member described as extremely rude. This significantly impacted the overall experience, leading to a lower rating despite the excellent food.

Unwelcoming Service Despite Being Empty
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the employer's attitude. The tone was not welcoming, even when I was the only customer by far today. Management needs to address this issue.

Decent Food Court, Tuna Questionable
As far as food courts go, my experience here was relatively good but not exceptional. I ordered a Poke bowl, and it was alright. The toppings and rice were actually great; it was just the quality of the tuna that felt suspicious. The salmon, however, was really good, and I suspect this is because it doesn't sit out as long due to its popularity. For me, the tuna was just chewy and stretchy – simply not good. The staff were not nice; they were very direct, and I had a hard time hearing them, which led to them losing patience with me. Despite the service, I did end up getting a decent amount of food, making it worth the $19. My advice is to avoid items that might have been sitting out for a while.

Great Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this food court establishment was a mixed bag. The food was truly great, earning a perfect score. However, the service was a significant letdown. The lady providing the service was EXTREMELY rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. As long as she is working there, I won't be returning.
