Overcooked Sandwich Ruined Dinner
I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday at 6: 30 PM for dinner. Normally, everything is good, but this time my usual spicy crispy chicken sandwich was so overcooked it wasn't even edible. I discovered this halfway over the West Seattle bridge, otherwise, I would have turned back. I spent $17. 20 for fries and a drink, and I'm not happy about it. Remember to always check your order before leaving there.

Unprofessional Service, Poor Vibe
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I visited during lunch hours and was immediately struck by the unwelcoming vibe. There was no smile from the employees, and they appeared to dislike their jobs. My food was handed to me with no further interaction. I will not be returning.

Cold food and poor service
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was cold. When I tried to address the issue, the staff ignored me and even refused to provide the item they forgot. To make matters worse, they claimed they didn't charge me for the forgotten item, which seemed shady. I won't be returning.

Terrible Experience: Rude Staff, Cold Food
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The location was the worst I've encountered. I was not given a receipt and then denied an item I had ordered. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making me feel as though I was trying to get something for free after purchasing two meals with sides and desserts. To top it off, the food was cold and hard.
