Disappointing Food and Shockingly Bad Service
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the food was awful and the service was shockingly bad. We should have known better, seeing the empty yet dirty tables on the front patio. Inside, we faced a 10-minute wait to be seated despite few customers. Ordering was another 10-minute ordeal due to a glitching QR system that eventually locked us out. To add to the frustration, the menus had many items crossed out. Upon being seated, we were given soup bowls and chopsticks but no water, plates, or napkins, leading to an hour of trying to get these basic necessities. We repeatedly tried to get a server's attention after ordering dim sum, but to no avail. Other tables were also clearly frustrated, with one sending back undercooked pork dumplings and another complaining about a long wait to pay. Scallion pancakes arrived after 20 minutes, but still without plates, forcing us to eat from the serving dish. These pancakes were limp, greasy, pale, and unpleasant. Subsequent dishes like the pork shu mai were decent but overpriced. The xiao long bao were bland and tasted frozen, and the steamed BBQ pork buns were small, chewy, and reheated. The pork and shrimp dumplings were particularly bad, with hard, dry wrappers and poorly cooked filling. Despite repeated requests, we were given sauce bowls instead of plates, and eventually got plates but still no napkins or water. After another 20 minutes, we finally received a carafe of water and tea cups, unlike other tables with normal glasses. Our beef chow fun, ordered over an hour prior, finally arrived after another 20-minute wait, and it was terrible: cheap noodles, minimal beef, excessive onions, and a salty, gloppy sauce. Paying was another challenge, with the QR option unavailable and other tables struggling to close out their checks. We ended up paying $70 for a meal that offered bad food and worse service, leading us to skip tipping for the first time ever. The lack of basic service, inability to bus tables, and inefficient check closing, all while serving subpar food at high prices, made this a truly unacceptable experience.

Amazing Value Beef Noodle Soup
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the delicious beef noodle soup. The bowl was massive, with tender beef, and was easily enough for 2-3 meals. I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing value and price performance across everything offered.

Excellent Service, Delicious Food, and Festive Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional! If I could give 10 stars to service, I would! The manager was extremely kind to every customer and helped me with an issue when I ordered. They were also very polite when the item I ordered was unavailable and offered a good alternative. The restaurant was adorned with cute holiday decorations, creating a lovely atmosphere. The dumplings I ordered were delicious! I greatly recommend coming here for atmosphere, service, or food 🤩.

Fresh and Delicious Lunch Experience
My experience at this restaurant for lunch was fantastic! We ordered the soup dumplings and pan-fried buns, both of which were incredibly fresh and delicious. The cauliflower was also flavorful and very tasty. A highlight was watching the chef making buns right in the restaurant, which added a nice touch to the experience. My friend and I will definitely be coming back!
