When it comes to value, it seems theres not much to celebrate here. While one customer noted a reasonable price per person around $20–30, the overall sentiment is quite different. Terrible Service, Disrespectful Staff
My experience at this Starbucks was so negative due to the terrible service that I didn't even want to stay to order. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a Starbucks crew before.

Cozy Starbucks for Tea and Warmth
Pier 55 is here, and if you want to go to the restroom and have a cup of hot tea, please go here. The employees are kind. You can sit down and eat. In this cold weather, it's a great place to drink tea with your loved ones while warming up. It's a vibe given only by Seattle Starbucks, which Starbucks in other countries cannot give. As expected, Starbucks is love.

Closed Early, Long Walk for Nothing
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The hours listed online stated that it closes at 9pm. However, when I arrived at the door at 7: 15pm, I found the doors locked and the staff cleaning inside. I had walked a half mile to get to this location, which made the situation ridiculous!

Vegan Nightmare: Allergy Disaster
My girlfriend and I, vegans visiting Seattle for the first time, were looking for vegan options. We were assured multiple times by a staff member that the Impossible™ Breakfast Sandwich was indeed vegan, with statements like "yes, " "100%, " and "sure. " However, it was served with real cheese and eggs in the bun. This caused a significant problem as my girlfriend has allergies to eggs and casein, leading to an allergic reaction that lasted all day. When we spoke to the manager, she stated there was nothing she could do and that employees are not required to remember all allergens. This experience was a major issue due to the severe allergic reaction.

Excellent Service from Dani!
My experience was fantastic! Dani was such a sweet, kind, and efficient barista. I'm so glad that out of all the coffee shops we could have stopped at along the pier, we chose here. Thank you, Dani!
