Confusing Service and Inconsistent Coffee
My experience at the restaurant was marked by confusion and a disappointing drink. All the staff need to get an announcement for a new event. A cashier, whose name starts with M, had no idea about the Veterans Day event and what drinks were included.
I kept repeating my order, but she got it wrong. The coffee taste was horribly sweet, even though I had the same coffee last week; it was totally different sweetness.
