Value (3 out of 10)

mentioned by 15% of the guests

When it comes to value, customers certainly have a keen eye for a good deal, with one mention highlighting the excellent pricing found at places like Costco. This single positive note suggests a clear appreciation for getting more bang for your buck, setting a high bar for expectations. However, with a poor score of just 3 and customer satisfaction at a low 11.1%, the overall picture for value here is quite different.

The overwhelming sentiment, based on 7 negative remarks out of 9 total, points to high prices. Many feel items like a single croissant are not worth the price point, and extra charges for half & half contribute to an overpriced perception.

Nice place, underwhelming food
My experience at this coffee shop was underwhelming. While the place looks really nice, I would not go out of my way to visit again. My cinnamon roll and my chain were disappointing.

Flaky Croissant and Great Coffee
My experience was a delightful stop after a walk in Civita. I enjoyed a super flaky croissant and the house coffee. The breakfast sandwich was also a highlight, featuring egg, bacon, cheese, chili aioli, and fresh sliced avocado. The atmosphere and service were both rated a perfect 5, and the food also received a 5-star rating.

Disappointing Açaí Bowl Experience
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The drinks were fine, but I was a little disappointed that I paid almost $16 for an açaí bowl that was missing the strawberries and coconut ☹️. The food score was a 2, which reflects this disappointment.
