Disappointing Experience, Rude Service
My wife and I stopped by on our way to the airport, hoping for some pies and fun before leaving Seattle. We arrived a little after 11 AM, but the sign indicated they opened at 10: 30 AM, and the website stated 11 AM. The doors were locked, though we could see kitchen staff working. When I called, a woman came outside and very rudely, with zero apology, informed us that someone called in sick and they were running behind, asking us to come back later. It was a few days before Christmas and freezing cold, yet there was no apology or offer to wait inside. If this is how they operate and treat people, I'm glad I didn't give them my business, and neither will my friends, family, or business partners.

Excellent Pies and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was excellent. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent and very well made. I tried the Guinness Irish Pie with a side of Chilli, which was a generous portion and definitely worth the nap afterwards. They offer a wide assortment of beverages to pair with your meal. I really wish they had merch, like a T-shirt or hat. I would definitely stop by regularly if I lived here. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did. 👍

Amazing Food and Unbelievable Service!
My experience at this restaurant was a solid 10/10! The food was absolutely amazing, perfectly prepared and served piping hot directly from the oven. All the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. I highly recommend going for the full experience, which includes a pie, a topper, and a side. Be warned, the portions are generous, so come very hungry! If you ask for the house gravy, you're in for a real treat. I tried the beef and mushrooms pie last time, which was fantastic, especially with the gravy and loaded tater tots with cheese and bacon. The service was unbelievable; they truly take good care of you. It's one of my favorite places in the waterfront, though it can be a bit hard to find – I actually missed it for a couple of years before recently discovering it. They mentioned a happy hour from 2-5 (though please don't quote me on the exact times), where you can get pasties for $6, which is a really good deal if you want to try something new at a great price.

Son's Favorite Spot - Delicious Irish Stew!
This is my son's favorite spot. I had the Guinness Irish Stew with mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was sooooo good! The tomato bisque was also very flavorful. The service was great.
