Delicious Experience with a Bustling Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was truly delicious from start to finish. We began with appetizers, including crushed eggplant, and concluded with a delightful Firni dessert. The kebab combination plate was a highlight, featuring Badenjan Borani – eggplant sautéed and served with a mildly-spiced tomato-based sauce, topped with yogurt-garlic sauce and sprinkled with mint. This dish was probably our favorite, but everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere was bustling, indicating a full house every night, likely because everyone wants to dine there one more time before they close.

Fond farewell to Kabul
I am saddened to hear the news that Kabul is closing down. My experience at Kabul was a long and positive one. I moved into Wallingford in the 90s and was a regular for five years or more. The food was great, and the atmosphere was also excellent. I still try to copy their dishes at home. Thank you!
