Disrespectful Service on Halloween Shift
My experience at Subway was extremely negative due to the disrespectful behavior of the day shift employee on Halloween. As a delivery driver, I went to pick up an order and asked to use the restroom. The employee stated it was only for customers and that I, as a delivery driver, was not a customer. This lady was mannerless and did not show any respect. 😡😡😡

Gift Card Refund Nightmare
I was a casualty of their Oct 20 APP issue. I placed my order and my payment was taken from a gift card, but I never received my sandwich. I've been trying to get a refund for over a week now, but their on-line customer support is not friendly. Does anyone know how to get a refund in a gift card?

Disappointing Portions and Stale Bread
I visited this restaurant expecting a good meal, but my experience was disappointing. If I wanted just (questionably stale) bread, I would have gone to a bakery. Previously, they skimped on produce, but now it's the meat. I ordered the footlong promo (2nd for $1) and observed two employees making orders right after I paid, with no other customers in the store. A steak footlong is supposed to get two scoops, but mine had maybe one scoop, forcing me to search through the sauce for it. My friend's order looked better, though she felt she usually received more turkey. Her main disappointment was that the untoasted Italian bread was a little dry and hard on one end. The food quality and portion sizes were unsatisfactory.

Frustrating Ingredient Shortages
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing due to a consistent lack of ingredients. At 11: 00 in the morning, they only had wheat bread available, which is unacceptable. I was unable to order the first two sandwiches I requested because they lacked the necessary ingredients. There was no compensation offered for these compromises. As a picky eater who dislikes wheat bread, being forced to accept something I don't like is frustrating. If I had more time during my lunch break, I would have gone elsewhere. I made the poor choice of coming here expecting they would have what I like, but unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence at this location.

Great Food, Poor Customer Service
I visited your store around 9: 45 PM and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member on duty was quite rude. I asked for veggie patties in my sandwich, but he refused to include them, saying he was lazy to warm up the veggie patty even though I was charged for a veggie patty sandwich. Your food is genuinely great, which is why I keep coming back. But I believe your staff could benefit from better training in customer service. I understand the store closes at 10 PM and the employee may have been eager to leave, but customers aren’t coming in for free food—we’re paying and deserve respectful service. Please consider addressing this with your team so future visits reflect the quality of your food and your brand.
