Terrible Service, Used to Be Good
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. We arrived at 12 PM for brunch and waited 10 minutes without anyone approaching our table to offer water or menus. This was particularly surprising as we were the only customers dining in, with all other tables empty. The waiters were observed conversing in a corner, and our initial greeting was merely hand signals directing us to our seats. Due to the lack of attention, we decided to leave. It's a shame, as it used to be a good place, but it's not the same anymore.

Disappointing Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing. On our first visit, we ordered biryani, which was good in taste but excessively spicy, even for someone who enjoys spicy food. The next day, we tried the qeema naan, but it had a strange smell and taste, and the accompanying yogurt seemed off, possibly spoiled. We had to return it and opted for chowmein, which was okay but too oily. To end the meal, we ordered paan, advertised as fresh. However, the leaf was rotten, and the paan tasted stale, frozen, and lacked the expected ingredients, containing only sweet frozen jelly and a stale leaf. Despite ordering multiple dishes over two visits, everything was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the staff showed no remorse or willingness to improve, seeming more concerned with avoiding refunds than addressing the issues. The overall food quality and service were poor.

Waiter Needs Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the service. There's no point in having this waiter working at the counter. They seemed to be in a very dull state of mind. I suggest changing this aspect of the restaurant.

Consistently Great Food and Service
I’ve dined in tens of times and always enjoyed both the food and the service. Ordered delivery for the first time today and the food is A+ like it is dining in. Would recommend to all my friends. Achari fish is my favorite.

Worst Indian Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was the worst Indian food I've ever had in the Bay Area. After a 35-minute wait, they served a parantha that was inedible and half-cooked. I had to leave most of it.
