Delicious Food, Great Experience!
My experience at Boochmania was fantastic! We were looking for restaurants near the SF Giants stadium for lunch before the game, and the food here was some of the best food I have ever eaten. It's fresh, excessively delicious, and truly feels like home-cooked food.
The portions are generous. We ordered the pulled lamb, arugula salad, bulgur bowl, and kombucha, and it was all wonderful! I had low expectations for kombucha, but it was surprisingly refreshing and yummy.

If you’re wondering why this place has a 5. 0 rating and hasn’t dipped all these years, step inside and prepare to be amazed. Boochmania is bringing some of the most unique, home-cooked Turkish food to SF at a very unique price, with huge portions.
In short, this is a family-run hidden gem serving exceptional food at an outstanding price. The mom, son, and daughter are all cooking the food themselves. Everything is made in-house, the pillowy bread, vegetables, lamb, and it’s all seasoned so well without being salty at all.
Every dish is well thought out and executed to perfection and requires no modification. They serve lunch and breakfast all day, and a wide range of house-made kombucha, fermented foods. No matter how much you eat, you leave feeling light due to its high-quality ingredients.
My favorite item is the pulled lamb burger. It’s a mountain of tandoori lamb, with a soft brioche bun, and a perfect light sauce, caramelized onions for sweetness, and arugula to cut the richness. It’s truly one of the best bites you can have.
They also serve authentic Turkish coffee and tea which will leave you energized and ready for the day. I’ve come here multiple times over the years, and it’s always been the exact same, and each dish is served with passion. They also have additional seating for larger parties upstairs, so don’t let the charming front of house stop you from coming with a larger group.
This is one of the places you will feel good about supporting when you see how much care has gone into every item. Super charming, great homey feel, with exceptional food and drink, you can’t go wrong.

Incredible Food and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. The food is incredible, and it's the only food that leaves me feeling better after I eat it. The pulled lamb wrap is a must-try, and the complimentary chickpea side, which I'm not sure of the name, might be one of my favorite snacks of all time – I could eat a bucket of it!
The staff/service is always on point, and they really take care of those who work in the area. There was only one time that food took more than 15 minutes, and they made sure to provide some complimentary kombucha while I waited. As far as a lunch spot goes, this is a true 5-star restaurant.
