How are the prices at Le Parc?

You’re looking at roughly 80 per person – reported by 93 diners. That puts it in the $71–$80 category. For a French Restaurant, it’s comfortably mid-range: not a steal, but not bank-breaking either.

Looking at the bigger picture, while 80 is a solid price point, many diners in San Francisco are happy to splurge, with a significant chunk spending well over 100 $ for their meals.

Here’s a quick look at what guests spend per person, based on the latest 93 reviews.

For a French Restaurant in San Francisco, we think 80 per person feels quite fair. It positions itself well, offering a quality experience without reaching the very top tier of pricing in the city.

Nice Service, Overpriced Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The server was incredibly nice, which was a definite positive. However, the food was way too expensive for the quality. I wouldn’t recommend the escargot. While our other dishes were fine, you could go to a fine dining restaurant for that amount of money.

Delicious Oxtail, Creative Onion Soup
My experience at the restaurant featured some truly beautifully cooked dishes. The Braised Oxtail was tender and falling off the bone, complemented by a rich, complex red wine sauce. I also tried the Onion Soup Tart, which was an interesting and creative take on a classic. The intense onion flavor was a highlight, though the goat cheese was slightly overpowering for my preference. Overall, it was a well-balanced and enjoyable bite. The atmosphere was quiet, making it easy to talk, and the service was rated highly.

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Reviews
I visited this restaurant based on its positive reviews, hoping for a great meal. My experience began with the duck liver appetizer, which, while visually appealing, was excessively rich and heavy, making it unenjoyable as a starter. For the main courses, we ordered the roast salmon and spinach ravioli. Although the presentation of both dishes was beautiful, the flavors were uninspired and ultimately forgettable. The portions were small, the taste underwhelming, and the overall experience did not justify the high price tag. To further detract from the meal, the host's overly attentive and pretentious demeanor created an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a welcoming one.
