Authentic Chinatown Foodie Experience!
Visiting from OC, I was seeking a true Chinatown foodie experience and I'm so excited I found this place! It genuinely made me feel like Anthony Bourdain with the level of flavor. If you come here, you're coming for the hand pulled noodles and the dumplings. While the orange chicken was pretty mid, the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Pork dumplings in chili oil were to die for. I would genuinely eat this every day if I could. The noodles were perfectly cooked, maintaining a bouncy texture and soaking up the dynamite flavor of the broth. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful. I'll be dreaming of the broth and noodles tonight. The pork dumplings were cooked perfectly and burst with flavor with every bite; the addition of the chili oil was chef's kiss. This was the best dim sum I've ever had. Thank you San Francisco for stealing my foodie heart. I'll never forget this experience. Love love love!

Braised Beef Noodle Soup is a Must-Try!
My friend ordered the chicken and cabbage dumplings, while I opted for the Shanghai pan fried pork buns and the braised beef noodle soup. The pan fried pork buns were a bit dry and lacked flavor on their own, but they improved significantly with the addition of chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. The braised beef noodle soup, however, was truly exceptional – some of the BEST I've ever had. The noodles appeared to be freshly hand-pulled, the beef was incredibly tender, and the broth was rich and perfectly seasoned. The prices were reasonable, and the convenience of accepting card and Apple Pay was appreciated. Food arrived quickly, and the atmosphere was that of a classic hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant.

Terrible Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was terrible, and the service was lacking. We ordered shrimp tempura, which was overcooked and tasted like frozen Costco food. The pan-fried gyoza were doughy and under-seared. The xao long bao and dan dan noodles were not as expected.

Long Delays and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was marked by significant delays, even for scheduled orders. The customer service was non-existent, leading me to believe the staff might not enjoy their jobs. I consistently had to wait too long for pickup orders. I would strongly recommend they prioritize making all orders in sequence.
