Overpriced Diner Fare with Poor Service
I've always wanted to check this place out. It has a neat dining car with an attached dining room, and is uniquely decorated. The food was okay; I had a patty melt with onion rings and a coke. However, the bill came to $38, which felt way overpriced for standard diner fare. I came in early, around 8: 30 AM, and there was only one other customer. Unfortunately, the waiter did not once stop by to see if I needed a refill or if the food was okay. He was constantly walking by me to hand out DoorDash orders, making me feel invisible. It was a one and done experience for me.

Prepaid Service, Then No Service
My experience at the restaurant involved a mandatory prepayment, including a tip, followed by a complete lack of service afterward. This was particularly surprising as there were no other customers present. While the food was rated a 4 and the atmosphere a 3, the service was a significant letdown.

Terrible Philly Cheesesteak Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. The food was terrible, and everything I tried was NOT good. The Philly Cheese Steak was a complete joke; they literally shredded a burger patty and shoved it into a roll. It was complete trash. I took one bite and left. It's a disgusting spot.

Great late-night American diner experience
This is a very nice place to eat late at night in San Francisco. The space is lovely, a typical American diner, like something out of a movie. I ate a very delicious cheeseburger with fries. The owner was very kind, as was the staff. The establishment is ideal for the city's night owls.
